Why is it that everytime I start to look at doing some accident reduction work on a road, start to think, "hmmm... Not really that bad along here", bang, we have a serious accident that pushes me into action. Some might call me the grim reaper ?
Well I have to be a little bit sociable, don't I ? If you are reading this, then I've caught your eye for more than 5 seconds, so thats a good start, I just need to keep you occupied now...
So why are you here ? I suspect you either know me or have followed some link from someone else who knows me... either way, I perhaps need no introduction, as I am the frustrated traffic engineer and this is my blog, a round tuit !
